Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy is a sixteen year old American who was from Miami Florida. Dennis Alan Taylor is a retired banker and Jennifer Marina Joy is a psychology student. The father of her was Argentine who had Scottish and English heritage. She is Spanish and has English roots. Taylor-Joy has five siblings four from her father's previous marriage. The family was originally of Buenos Aires, but moved to Victoria when Taylor-Joy turned 6. Taylor-Joy explained that the move had been difficult and that she was unable to study English because she hoped to return to Argentina. Her school had to change to Northlands in order to attend Hill House. After that, she was enrolled at Queen's Gate School, where she learned dance and participated in productions. At the age of 16, she quit school to make a career of acting. Taylor-Joy had always wanted to become an actor. As a teenager, Sarah Doukas Founder of Storm Management gave her the chance to be a model.
