Alison Krauss

Alison Krauss was born July 23, 1971, in Decatur, Illinois. LeAnn Kymes and Krauss were among the Grammy Award winners who were among the youngest. Alison Maria Krauss (born July 23rd, 1971) is an American bluegrass and country musician as well as singer. Alison Maria Krauss began her career in music as a child, winning local competitions at the age of 10. Her first recording was her first recording at the age 14.
