Amber Benson bio
Amber Benson hails from the United States and is a performer, actor, writer/singer/director. Most well-known is her acting as Tara Maclay from the TV show Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Benson has also directed her own films Chance, Lovers Liars & Lunatics and played the lead actress in them. She also starred Kiss the Bride. Benson was born on January 8, 1977 in Birmingham Alabama, daughter of Diane Benson and Edward Benson psychiatrist. Her younger sister is Danielle, who has a career as an artist. The father of her is Jewish while her mother was educated Southern Baptist Benson grew up at the Reform synagogue located in Alabama. Benson's career has been booming after the conclusion of Buffy. Benson was a part of movies like The Killing Jar, and shows such as Morganville The Series. On camera, she used her talents as a writer in writing The Ghosts of Albion and direct projects such as the 2010's Drones. Buffy claims that after taking time to count and find the Slayers, she discovered more than 1800 Slayers all over the world of which 500 are associated with The Scooby Gang. Slayers will now become Slayers after they have reached maturity. Soledad's Slayer ability was made public on her sixteenth Birthday.
